The Cold Brew is an extremely slow extraction technique (5 to 8 hours) which quite spectacularly prepares a sweet and 'syrupy' coffee. The reasons to have such a designer piece are straightforward: the extracted coffee lacks bitterness and has limited acidity and the object itself is always an amusement for customers.
How to use
- Place the jug on the bottom of the 'column'
- Place the cylinder in the middle with a metal filter, a coarse coffee (you can grind it with this Hand Grinder) and the paper filter
- Fill the upper part with the appropriate amount of cold water and eventually ice (we suggest a 70gr/l brew ratio)
- Regulate the drip speed on the tap (we suggest 6 drops every 10 seconds)
- Wait patiently
