When you want to achieve an even extraction of all coffee particles you need to have a Unimodal ground coffee, with particles all of the same size. Unfortunatly if you don’t have a high quality, and cost, grinder in your grounded coffee you’ll always find very small particles (fines) and very big ones (Boulders)

If you can’t upgrade your grinder, why not upgrade your grounded coffee? With Kruve you can do it in a simply and economic way.

First thing we love of Kruve is his amazing design with materials like alluminium, bambu and stainless steal really nice to see and touch.

Every Kruve is composed by a set of sieves with precisions laser-cut holes from 200 to 1100 microns that allow the barista to refine the grounded coffee for his needs and experiments the impact of the  grinding variable on the taste of a cup of coffee.

  • 6 screen set includes 200, 300, 400, 600, 800, and 1000 micron screens
  • 12 screen set includes 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, and 1100 micron screens

How it works?

  • Select your coffee extraction method

  • Place the sieve with the bigger holes on the upper part and the smaller on the lower part

  • Add coffee in the upper part and place the Bambu cap

  • Shake the Kruve for one minute tapping on the side every 10 seconds

  • At the end you’ll find all the fines in the lower chamber, the boulder on top and in the middle you’ll have your perfectly grounded coffee.

Cleaning is always the most boring part of a cup of coffee but with Kruve is really easy, you just have to rinse under clear water and wipe with a soft towel
