Tasting notes espresso (50-55 agtron, italian): sharp hazelnut colored cream with red nuances; roasting and biscuit scents, sometimes cacau; in the palate it has a medium body and a pleasing sweetness harmonized by a light bitterness and a soft acidity
Tasting notes brewing (65-70 agtron, full city): the sweetness remains soft, the biscuit and cacacu scents become finer
