Turkish coffee is one of the oldest coffee extraction methods and is still widespread throughout the Arab world.
A coffee blend with an intense and unmistakable aroma, fine ground with stone burrs grinder that can grind it as fine powder like the one we created on Caffelab to which you add water, sugar and spices (cardamom, cinnamon ...) before being put on a heat source (the very classic in Middle East is the scorching sand of the desert...).
This "pot" that comes straight from Eastern countries is thought, with its conical shape to facilitate the boiling of coffee and the creation of the unmistakable crema on top.
