The coffee was tasted in espresso at 93°C, with an extraction of 25 ml in 26 seconds and with an average degassing occurred in 60 hours.
This blend brings us a hazelnut-colored cream with lighter stripes in the cup. The acidity in taste is evident. It also has an interesting yet balanced sweetness and bitterness. Aromas of cardamom, vanilla and tobacco.
